Abstract, paper and poster submission

By submitting your papers for ISFEH9 you agree with these papers to be published in accordance with the Copyright Statement given below, and with the open access to these papers via the DOIs assigned by the conference organizers.

Your accepted papers are currently being edited, and any further uploads of the full texts to the EasyChair will not be considered anymore. In the undesirable case if you want to introduce minor amendments in your manuscript, please send the list of the amendments to info@isfeh9.org with a clear indication of what should be replaced in the accepted paper. You still can update the abstract (*.docx file is required) but we cannot guarantee that the last minute updates will be accounted for.
The Authors of the accepted papers are very welcome to orally present it in a conference session, the technical program is available here. For the paper to be included in the printed Book of Seminar Proceedings, at least one of the authors of the paper must register for the Seminar by the date indicated here. Please note that the author index will only include the authors listed in EasyChair, and you have to ensure that this list is complete. The papers must be presented at the Seminar to be selected for the special issues of the journals (Fire Safety Journal; Combustion, Explosion, and Shock Waves; International Journal of Hydrogen Energy). The papers for the special issues will be selected during the Seminar. Awards will be granted for the best papers and posters presented by students and young researchers.

The Scientific Advisory Board has completed reviewing the full papers submitted to ISFEH9. A large number of excellent papers have been accepted for the oral presentation in the conference and for publication in the Book of Seminar Proceedings.
It is the intention of the organizers to print the Book of Seminar Proceedings before the conference and to include it in the delegate pack. During the editing of the manuscripts and preparation of the Book, you might be contacted for reformatting the paper if the template requirements are not strictly obeyed and for providing additional information necessary for the publication procedure. We will be grateful for your prompt response, the absence of which will cause the paper not to be included in the Proceedings.

Please download the Poster Abstract template given above to prepare your poster abstracts, and submit it for evaluation by the date indicated in the Key Dates section.
Your abstract will be sent for review shortly after submission (you will have a very limited time to update it if you might want to). It will be reviewed as soon as possible and you will be notified by the email message from the EasyChair. We aim at sending the notification letter to you in about two-week time after the poster abstract submission. The instructions on formatting the posters will be also provided.
Your poster abstract can still be updated if necessary. Please allow for the reviewer' comments in updating your abstract.
