Oral Presentation Instructions
- Plenary lectures last for 55 min including questions (please leave 10 min for questions)
- All other presentations last for 25 min including questions (please leave 5 min for questions)
- Presentation schedule is available here. Variations in the presentation schedule are still possible, please follow the updates
- In the Atrium of General Staff Building (day 1, Combustion fundamentals of fires), screen aspect ratio is 5:3. Screen aspect ratio in other presentation rooms is 4:3. Other aspect ratios are also acceptable, subject to margins possibly occurring in the screen
- Windows 10, MS Office 2013
- Please send your presentation to info@isfeh9.org if you want it to be tested in advance (recommended). Please add the subject line: ISFEH9 - presentation test
- Presenters are requested to send their short bio to info@isfeh9.org (few lines only; will be used for introduction by the session Chairs). Please add the subject line: ISFEH9 - presenter's bio
Poster formatting, printing, and presenting
- Posters should be formatted in portrait (vertical) layout of A0 size (841 mm width, 1189 mm height). Top, bottom and side margins at least 1 cm.
- You can order printing the poster and collect it in the ISFEH9 registration desk.
- To order, please ensure that all the technical requirements are met, upload your pdf file and make payment as instructed below.
- The deadline to order poster printing is extended to April 15th, 2019
- You will have to bring your poster in the morning of the day designated in the program. You will be instructed on how to expose your poster. The poster will be exposed for the whole day, not just during the session
- The Authors are requested to be personally available during the poster session designated in the program
