The opening ceremony and the first working day of the Seminar, April 22nd, 2019, will take place in the General Staff Building of the State Hermitage Museum (the Palace Square). The remaining working days will be held at the Corinthia Hotel where all the attendees and accompanying persons are very welcome to stay in.
